Refund policy

Delivery
All orders may take up to 1-3 business days to fulfill, excluding Holidays and weekends. All domestic orders will deliver via UPS ground within 5-7 business days. Free domestic shipping is applicable in the United States for orders exceeding $250 USD.

International Orders
We currently ship to select DDP countries internationally: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, I reland (Republic of), Italy, India, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. 

For orders shipping to a country on our DDP list, taxes and duties are already included in the product price, which is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Please note that we do not accept international returns. 

Returns
Arth Atelier aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can request returns from your account's order page or using this link. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Arth Atelier items purchased from other retailers. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as made-to-order custom orders or personalized items). 

We do not accept international returns or returns on sale items.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations

 If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
