Provenance Journey
Provenance means the place of origin or earliest known history of something. Each of our garment comes with a QR code that shares the history, & journey of the garment. Each fabric has its own story from farm, to fiber, to yarn, to fabric, to finishing/dyeing, and eventually - garment making.

Fiber Origin
Our cotton fiber origins trace back to Texas, USA, a leading cotton-producing state known for its rich agricultural heritage and commitment to sustainable farming practices. Texas cotton, primarily grown in the High Plains region, is renowned for its excellent staple length, strength, and fiber quality and plays a vital role in supporting local economies while embracing advanced precision agriculture techniques to enhance fiber quality and environmental stewardship.
Making of the fabric
The cotton is harvested and ginned to preserve its natural integrity before being shipped to specialized mills in Söke, Turkey, where traditional Turkish textile expertise meets modern innovation. In specialty mills near the Meander river, master weavers transform the fibers into luxurious fabric using techniques refined over centuries. The fabric is then dyed, & finished, before making its way to our Atelier.
Hand work
The final touches that make each piece special happen in New Delhi, where our team of master embroiderers applies intricate handwork using techniques passed down through generations. Each artisan specializes in specific handwork, working on small batches to maintain exceptional quality. This intentionally slow, deliberate process creates unique details that cannot be replicated by a machine. The result is a garment that tells a story of the past, re-interpreted for the future.
Tailoring of garment
In our partner workshop in Faridabad, India, skilled cut-and-sew garment makers with decades of experience cut and construct each garment with meticulous attention to detail. Using traditional pattern-making techniques alongside modern precision tools, they ensure every seam and proportion meets our exacting standards.
